Jimmy Laird specializes in fraud investigations, accident reconstruction, theft and marine law enforcement and has over 30 years of law enforcement experience. He served as Major and Director of Boating Safety with the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks and coordinated statewide boating safety and law enforcement programs including registration and title fraud investigations, compilation of statistical data, reconstruction of accidents and training of all law enforcement officers in marine law enforcement. He also developed minimum standards for courtroom testimony to insure complete accuracy and follow-through in case reporting. He is an instructor in boating safety and boom deployment for oil spill responders. Jimmy also served as President of International Association of Marine Investigators, Inc. in 1998 and 1999 and served on the Board of Directors since 1991. He has served as a training instructor throughout the United States and abroad. Jimmy has also served in the Mississippi National Guard since 1969.
