William C. Tallman, Jr. started his career in Maritime Law Enforcement in 1979. During his career assignments have included assorted marine patrol activities, investigative assignments that included recreational boating accidents and marine related thefts, served as a New Jersey State Police Maritime Law Enforcement Instructor and N.J.S.P. Stolen Vessel Committee Chairman. In 1995 he became a member of the National Association of Marine Investigators, #956. Since joining IAMI he has served as the New Jersey and the Northeast Membership and Training Coordinator, and certified IAMI Training Instructor #12. He has served on the IAMI Board of Directors. In January 2005 Bill retired from the New Jersey State Police. He is currently a licensed private investigator and is performing maritime consulting, private investigations through the WCT Maritime Service, L.L.C. He also is a NJ certified Boating Safety Instructor. Bill has held a United States Coast Guard Masters license since 1985 and is owner/operator of FISH-N-STUFF Charters. |
