Rick is the Manager of Liability and Specialty Programs for the BoatU.S. Marine Insurance claims department.

He graduated from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA in 1990 with a BA in economics and joined the BoatU.S. Claims department in July of 1991 as a claims adjuster trainee.

He has been through the BoatU.S. Marine Insurance Specialists program which entails exposure to both the claims and underwriting departments, giving him a complete view of the insurance process.

Rick has attended the annual IAMI training conference every year since 1999 and has taught various courses at several of these events.

He has also completed the Insurance Institute of America’s professional designations of Associate in Claims and Associate in Marine Insurance Management.
